For Saturday/Tuesday Sampler 2009-2010 we will be making a pieced quilt,
Pine Lodge, designed exclusively by Great American Quilt Factory. The quilt
consists of 9 basic blocks, sashing, and enhancements. Enrollment begins on
August 15th, and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note
that space is limited. You can participate in our Pine Lodge program either
in the store or on-line. Please read the rules below and decide which format
would work best for you.
Rules for On-Line Customers:
Thank you for your interest in the 2009/2010 Saturday Sampler program. At this
time both the in-store and on-line programs are full, and we can no longer accept
registrations.

- To participate in our on-line version of Saturday Sampler, you agree to
do the Large Version, which includes the "base block" and the enhancement
each month. The Small Version is only available through the store.
- Beginning in October 2009, we will be creating a piece of a quilt each month
until June 2009. Each month, you will get one "base block" and an
"enhancement" kit. The enhancement kits include fabric for pieced
sashing, and 1st and 2nd borders. Your price each month will be $16.28 (shipping
and applicable tax are additional).
- Since you are committing to purchase all nine months of the program, we
will keep a credit card on file to be charged each month as your items are
shipped. In your shipment, you will get an itemized bill of your charges.
- Each month, we will offer additional tools and products that correspond
with each month's block. You will receive an email each month notifying you
of all the month's details (block photos, prices, additional items, etc.).
Please respond to this email by the deadline listed in the email if you are
interested in purchasing any of the additional items.
- For the large quilts a border/binding kit will be available which increases
the size of the quilt to 63 x 71". An applique kit will also be available.
The price of the finishing kits will be determined, and included in one of
your monthly emails.
- As with our in-store program, we must adhere to these rules for all customers
in order to keep this event fair for everyone. We appreciate your cooperation
in this matter.
Rules
for In-Store Customers:
- To get the free base block kit, you have to come IN PERSON
to your assigned Saturday or Tuesday Sampler by 9:00 am with the completed
base block from the month before.
- If you miss a Saturday or Tuesday, you must buy the base block kit for the
next month for $7.43. Bring that completed base block to the session the following
month, and your next base block kit will again be free, beginning the process
again.

You will be given a punch card at the October session which you will need
to bring with you each month. If you have met the above requirements, we will
punch your card as you come in the door so you can receive your free base
block kit. After the presentation, take your card to the cash register to
get your next base block kit.
**Please note: Due to the unique nature of Saturday Sampler,
we do not sell the blocks to those not registered for the current session.
